IMA Earns NCDOL Award for Zero Recordable Incidents

Every job starts with the same expectation: everyone goes home safe.
That commitment was recently recognized as IMA, a Crete United company, received the North Carolina Department of Labor’s (NCDOL) Industrial Safety Award for achieving zero recordable incidents during the evaluation period.

June is National Safety Month, a time to reinforce a commitment that extends far beyond a single month. Established by the National Safety Council to raise awareness around preventable injuries, National Safety Month serves as a reminder that creating safe workplaces requires constant attention, accountability, and action. Safety is a key core value at Crete United and a responsibility shared across every operating company, jobsite, and role throughout our network.

From Coast Guard Service to a Career in the Skilled Trades

Crete United is proud to partner with the DOD-SkillBridge program, creating meaningful career pathways for transitioning service members in the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) trades. This program allows veterans to apply their leadership, problem-solving, and technical skills in critical industries that power our nation’s infrastructure.
